I ran across this site by searching for a solution to heel pain by spurs. I was very skeptical about ordering the seats.I however did order and I can say from the first day I used them I began to tell a difference. After about 6 weeks now the pain is all but gone. I do recommend getting a good pair of walking shoes with a good sole as the Rebook shoe with DMX MAX soles.You must also use the seat all the time in every pair of shoes even your house shoes.I like them so much I ordered another pair for me and one for my son also. After a few I was back to walking again on the treadmill and walking track. I absolutely love these heel seat and highly recommend them. I love the Heel Seats. My feet were sore at first because of the acupressure bar, but just worked my way up to wearing them all day gradually wearing them more and more the first few days. Wow!  They really work!  I've suffered from Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Spurs for months and have gone to the Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist and Podiatrist (who prescribed very expensive orthotics).
